Senior Superintendent

Location: Miami, Florida; on-site field leadership role

What you will do

• Lead all on-site construction activity from mobilization through turnover and closeout for large, complex projects.
• Direct structural concrete, post-tensioning, building envelope, MEP rough-in, and finishing activities.
• Coordinate subcontractors and trades, resolve field conflicts, and manage sequencing before issues affect the critical path.
• Build, maintain, and analyze project schedules, including three-week look-aheads, manpower planning, and recovery plans.
• Manage inspections, shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, site logistics, long-lead deliveries, punch lists, and certificates of occupancy.
• Lead job-site safety, documentation, field staffing, cost-effective construction methods, and the development of Superintendents and Assistant Superintendents.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of field construction experience, including 5 years as lead Superintendent on projects of comparable scale and complexity.
• Experience delivering mid-rise, high-rise, podium, or structured-parking projects from mobilization through turnover.
• Ability to build, maintain, and analyze CPM schedules using Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or structured Excel schedules.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, structural systems, building envelopes, MEP coordination, building codes, OSHA regulations, and municipal inspections.
• OSHA 30 certification is required, or it must be obtained promptly.
• Proficiency with Procore or comparable construction management software, Microsoft Excel, written and verbal communication, and field decision-making.
