Distribution Supervisor – Inbound (Logistics)

Location: Hutchins, Texas, United States; onsite warehouse role

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day inbound distribution and warehouse operations.
• Plan daily, weekly, and monthly workloads, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and efficiency.
• Lead the warehouse team on the floor and support achievement of performance targets.
• Train, coach, motivate, and provide performance feedback to team members.

Requirements

• Approximately three years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations is preferred.
• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced distribution environment.
• Strong knowledge of distribution processes, lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, ERP/WMS systems, handheld devices, and freight carriers.
• Strong verbal and electronic communication skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• A bachelor's degree or related experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform frequent standing, occasional climbing, kneeling, crouching, and stooping in a non-temperature-controlled warehouse.
