Senior Associate, Asset Servicing

Location: New York, NY, United States; onsite office location in New York.

Annual base salary: $109,000–$126,000.

What you will do

• Review client elections for voluntary corporate actions and coordinate with custodians, brokers, and agents to resolve issues.
• Approve and oversee ad-hoc conversions and warrant subscriptions, validating event terms, entitlements, pricing, ratios, and DTC controls.
• Manage DWAC execution, security movements, funding alignment, and settlement within DTC deadlines.
• Own breaks and balances management, and oversee inventory readiness, allocations, and election eligibility for upcoming events.
• Prepare weekly worst-case loss views, identify exposure drivers, and highlight resourcing gaps.
• Partner with Engineering and product stakeholders on workflow automation, validations, exception reporting, testing, and rollout.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Quantitative & Computational Finance, or a related field plus one year of relevant experience; or a bachelor’s degree in a related field plus three years of relevant experience.
• Experience communicating with business stakeholders and team members.
• Experience preparing and presenting reports to senior management.
• Experience prioritizing multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Experience with Tableau and project management tools including JIRA and Confluence.
