Senior Associate, Client Onboarding

Location: Boston, United States; hybrid work arrangement

Base salary: $100,000–$115,000 per year, plus a discretionary annual bonus and potential long-term rewards.

What you will do

• Review subscription and Know Your Customer documentation and communicate with clients to resolve documentation issues.
• Coordinate client closings across Evergreen and commingled fund strategies.
• Partner with investment, sales, marketing, compliance, legal, tax, accounting, and custom solutions teams.
• Manage onboarding timelines, stakeholder priorities, status updates, expectations, and risks.
• Oversee fund administrators and external partners throughout onboarding processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve client experience, process efficiency, procedural consistency, and exception handling.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in financial services, preferably in private equity and wealth management.
• Background in client service, client operations, and servicing private wealth clients and intermediary distributors.
• Understanding of client onboarding requirements for institutional and private wealth clients.
• Experience with closed-ended vehicles and 34 and 40 Acts funds.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft tools, and workflow or project management tools; bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
