What you will do

• Support day-to-day client service teams on buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory diligence engagements.
• Perform quality of earnings, financial trend analysis, working capital trending, and financial statement review.
• Use business, finance, accounting, and analytical skills to assess business plans and cash flow statements.
• Assist in identifying issues related to purchase price adjustments and potential deal structuring insights.
• Prepare reports, written analyses, presentations, and other client deliverables.
• Collaborate with TA/BRG experts and external professionals to achieve engagement objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree equivalent in Business, Accounting/Finance, Management, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or related field (MBA or CPA is a plus).
• 3+ years of work experience, ideally in consulting or professional services.
• Expertise in financial modeling and analysis in Excel, including 3-statement financial models, cash flows, and scenario analysis.
• Ability to manage and analyze large volumes of financial and operational data and translate results into insights and recommendations.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to interact with junior and senior team members, senior management, and stakeholders.
• Legal right to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
