Associate Manager, Financial Services Operations

Location: Hybrid in Boston, Braintree, Denver, Kansas City, or Waltham, United States.

Salary: $55,000–$120,000 annually in Colorado; $73,000–$140,000 annually in Massachusetts. Additional discretionary bonus and/or equity awards may be available.

What you will do

• Build and lead collaborative relationships with customers and internal SS&C teams.
• Communicate with customers through calls, written correspondence, and onsite meetings.
• Educate customers on product and service implementation and recommend solutions based on their needs.
• Complete system change requests and research and resolve customer-reported system issues.
• Set priorities, plan projects, prepare customer status reports, and ensure timelines and contractual obligations are met.
• Support customer onboarding and mentor less experienced associates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of client-facing experience, preferably in financial services, transfer agency, investor services, or a wirehouse environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving, numerical reasoning, data analysis, and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new systems, processes, plans, and programs in a fast-paced team environment.
• Experience with Word, JIRA, Chorus/AWD, TA2000, 3270, and Microsoft Excel is a plus.
• Willingness to work onsite at least 6 days per month is required.
