Sales Trainer (Life Sciences)

Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States; 25% travel required. Work authorization in the United States is required, and visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $100,800–$165,600 per year.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and implement sales onboarding, continuous learning, and coaching programs.
• Create and maintain training manuals, job aids, and e-learning modules.
• Facilitate virtual and in-person onboarding, product training, and advanced sales skills workshops.
• Partner with sales leadership to align training with commercial goals and employee development plans.
• Conduct needs assessments, analyze training outcomes, and continuously improve learning programs.
• Support sales representatives and managers through coaching, sales methodology, and performance management expertise.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related scientific field or business administration.
• 5+ years of sales experience and proven experience in sales training, learning and development, or sales enablement.
• Knowledge of sales methodologies, sales processes, and sales enablement tools.
• Proficiency with learning management systems and authoring tools.
• Strong facilitation, communication, storytelling, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Must have US work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship.
