Expected annual base salary: $100,000–$160,000, plus variable compensation.

Owner and operator of renewable energy projects across the United States, with a portfolio of wind, solar, and energy storage projects totaling approximately 13 gigawatts of contracted capacity.

What you will do

  • Support the execution of renewable energy projects across development, construction, and commissioning.
  • Coordinate with engineering, finance, legal, EPCs, consultants, and other project stakeholders to resolve issues.
  • Develop, maintain, and track detailed project schedules, milestones, dashboards, and status reports.
  • Support senior project management leadership by driving accountability, coordination, and delivery across the portfolio.
  • Lead or support recurring project meetings, including agendas, decisions, and action-item tracking.
  • Prepare presentations, memos, and reports while contributing to process improvements and team efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least three years of relevant experience in project management, renewable energy, infrastructure, or a related industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to process improvement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for conveying complex information to diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams in different time zones and with external partners.
