AHS Operations Senior Associate (Autonomous Haulage Systems)

Location: Remote role based in Helsinki, Finland, with short-term travel to customer mine sites as needed

What you will do

• Remotely support deployment of autonomous haulage systems across multiple mine sites.
• Track truck bring-up, rover installation, system commissioning, project milestones, and site-level issues.
• Coordinate permitting, work authorizations, equipment readiness, and route readiness with customer site teams.
• Escalate equipment faults, communications failures, installation delays, and other blockers to field operations and engineering teams.
• Support remote customer training, handover documentation, and routine operational communications.
• Coordinate safety compliance follow-up and travel to sites for hands-on troubleshooting or in-person coordination.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in mining, heavy equipment, or industrial field operations.
• Experience operating remotely on active mine site projects and understanding production- and safety-critical environments.
• Strong organization and communication skills for tracking multiple issues across sites and time zones.
• Ability to work asynchronously and coordinate with international customer sites.
• Willingness to travel for periods ranging from several days to a couple of weeks when required.
• Degree in Mining Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent hands-on industry experience preferred.
