Associate II, Materials Management (DPI)

Location: On-site 100% of the time at the Durham, North Carolina facility

What you will do

• Receive GMP and expensed materials, complete documentation, and enter warehouse transactions in SAP.
• Track inventory levels and maintain material status segregation through accurate identification, labeling, storage, and reconciliation.
• Stage, issue, transfer, and reconcile materials for manufacturing, packaging, laboratory, and sampling operations.
• Monitor ambient, refrigerated, and other controlled storage areas and report deviations.
• Prepare, package, document, and coordinate hazardous and non-hazardous shipments in accordance with transportation regulations and company procedures.
• Support audits, inspections, physical inventory counts, cycle counts, waste disposal, package distribution, and warehouse readiness.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic understanding of cGMPs.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work on-site at the Durham, North Carolina location 100% of the time.
• Ability to safely operate or learn to operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts, reach trucks, turret trucks, and pallet jacks.

Nice to have

• Previous experience with SAP.
• Previous experience operating mechanical warehouse equipment.
