TL;DR
CDMO Materials Management Senior Specialist (Radiopharmaceutical Materials): Overseeing inventory accuracy, control, reconciliation, and reporting across radiopharmaceutical development, manufacturing, quality control, warehouse, and distribution operations with an accent on GMP materials, radioactive materials, APIs, precursors, reagents, and finished products. Focus on receiving, storing, counting, replenishing, transferring, and reconciling materials while meeting cGMP, GDP, radiation safety, DSCSA, DOT/IATA, and regulatory requirements.

Location: Springfield, New Jersey, USA; on-site five days per week

Salary: $111,000–$185,000 annually, plus eligibility for a discretionary performance-based cash incentive.

What you will do

  • Oversee inventory accuracy, control, reconciliation, and reporting across development, manufacturing, quality control, warehouse, and distribution operations.
  • Manage the receipt, storage, counting, replenishment, transfer, and reconciliation of GMP and radioactive materials.
  • Handle APIs, precursors, reagents, components, finished radiopharmaceutical products, cold kits, labels, and consumables.
  • Ensure materials management activities comply with cGMP, GDP, radiation safety, DSCSA, DOT/IATA, company procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Authorization to work for any employer within the United States is required.
  • Ability to work on-site in Springfield, New Jersey five days per week.
  • Experience managing inventory and materials across manufacturing, warehouse, quality control, or distribution operations.
  • Ability to control and reconcile regulated materials and finished products accurately.
  • Knowledge of applicable GMP, GDP, radiation safety, DSCSA, DOT/IATA, and regulatory requirements.
