Inventory Associate (Medtech)

Location: Onsite in Hazelwood, Missouri, United States; Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

Salary: $19–$21 per hour

What you will do

• Perform daily cycle counts across multiple departments using an RF gun or paper count sheets.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and execute SAP transactions, including write-ons, write-offs, location transfers, and physical count postings.
• Support FIFO/FEFO storage practices and monitor expiring stock for removal from the system.
• Coordinate with internal departments to maintain accurate incoming and outgoing material flow.
• Report damaged products or packaging, maintain counting-area cleanliness, and assist with root-cause analysis of inventory inaccuracies.
• Provide cycle-count training and support special projects while following applicable ISO and FDA requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of traceability and FIFO principles.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of inventory control and warehouse management systems, preferably SAP, plus Microsoft Office.
• Ability to operate a forklift and standard order-picker lift.
• Working knowledge of SOP and GMP requirements.
