What you will do

• Lead global pay equity analyses using statistically robust modelling and interpret results over time.
• Advise on pay transparency and gender pay regulations across the EU, US, UK, and European countries.
• Translate regulatory requirements into scalable internal processes, analytics, methodologies, and governance controls.
• Identify pay equity risks and support remediation approaches.
• Prepare data-driven insights for senior leaders and support executive and Legal reviews.
• Act as a technical advisor and mentor on complex pay equity topics.

Requirements

• 12+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Deep hands-on experience in pay equity or compensation analytics within a global organization.
• Strong knowledge of global pay equity, pay transparency, and gender pay regulations across the US, UK, and EU.
• Advanced analytical and financial acumen, with the ability to explain complex findings clearly.
• Ability to work independently on complex and sensitive issues with limited guidance.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across functions and organizational levels.
