What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end HR systems strategy and roadmap, acting as the primary Product Owner for Workday.
  • Lead a small internal team of functional and technical specialists while managing third-party AMS partners.
  • Partner with IT and business leaders to ensure platform security, integration, and architectural alignment.
  • Oversee Workday releases, regression testing, and incident management to ensure operational stability.
  • Translate complex business requirements into prioritized system solutions and clear digital roadmaps.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to simplify processes and automate activities across the employee lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Significant experience leading HR digital or HRIS functions within a Workday environment.
  • Proven ability to operate within a lean team model, leveraging AMS and vendor partners for delivery.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and the ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
  • Experience working in a matrix environment with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery in a global organization.
