What you will do
- Own the HR systems strategy and digital roadmap, ensuring alignment with HR and enterprise priorities.
- Act as Product Owner for Workday across Core HCM, reporting, security, and related functional areas.
- Lead a small internal team of functional and technical specialists alongside AMS and third-party partners.
- Ensure stable, secure, compliant HR systems operations, including releases, regression testing, incidents, data integrity, and privacy obligations.
- Partner with HR, Finance, IT, and business leaders to prioritise requirements, govern change, and deliver scalable system solutions.
- Manage Workday and partner relationships, while identifying opportunities to simplify processes, automate activity, and improve user experience.
Requirements
- Significant experience leading HR digital or HRIS functions in a Workday environment.
- Experience operating in a lean team model with AMS and vendor partners.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and how systems enable effective people management.
- Experience balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery in a midsized, global organisation.
- Experience working in a matrix environment with IT and other business functions.
- Strong stakeholder management, prioritisation, influencing, and senior-level communication skills.
