International Financial Analyst (Finance)

What you will do

• Support international financial planning, forecasting, and reporting across regions and stores.
• Manage forecast and budget deliverables, standardize templates, and improve budget-versus-actual reporting.
• Support EPM tool implementation through requirements gathering, testing, and report building.
• Develop revenue forecasts, financial models, pro formas, dashboards, and recurring reports for international markets and new store openings.
• Analyze currency conversion and foreign exchange impacts, product profitability, margin variances, and dilution.
• Support the accounting close by reviewing variances, identifying accruals or adjustments, and communicating monthly results to international stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in accounting or finance.
• 3+ years of progressive finance experience, preferably in consumer goods or inventory-related fields.
• Advanced analytical and Excel skills, with experience extracting data from various systems.
• Working knowledge of GAAP and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across cultures and time zones while also working independently.

Nice to have

• CPA certification or an MBA.
• International business or operations experience.
• Familiarity with Microsoft D365, Anaplan, MicroStrategy, Power BI, or other enterprise finance and BI tools.
