Continuous Improvement & Operations Manager (Open Application)

Location: Flexible across fulfilment sites in the Netherlands, including Utrecht, Eindhoven, Rotterdam, Heerenveen, Zwolle, Nijmegen, Geldermalsen, Ridderkerk, Berkel en Rodenrijs, and Dordrecht. The role requires location flexibility within the Netherlands and hands-on supervision on the fulfilment floor.

What you will do

• Own daily and weekly performance for an inbound or outbound operational area.
• Supervise a shift on the floor each week and lead teams across multiple shifts.
• Drive safety, quality, productivity, delivery capacity, UPH, cost, completeness, timeliness, and perfect-delivery KPIs.
• Handle major incidents, set productivity inputs, and manage planning escalations.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and support Lean activities that remove friction from daily operations.
• Translate data analysis into concrete actions and consistent execution.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of supply chain experience.
• Experience managing high-volume, high-SKU workflows and automated, semi-automated, or manual fulfilment.
• Strong analytical skills and competence with data analysis tools.
• Experience with Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead teams and fluent English; Dutch is preferred.
