Senior Supply Chain Planner (Manufacturing)

Location: Eindhoven, Netherlands; relocation support is available

Salary: €4,000–€6,000 gross per month

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the global demand planning process.
• Analyze historical sales, customer forecasts, and market developments to create accurate demand plans.
• Align planning activities with Production, Procurement, Logistics, Project Management, and Account Management.
• Build customer relationships and proactively manage demand fluctuations.
• Monitor supply chain risks, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
• Apply Lean and continuous improvement principles while providing planning insights for business decisions.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• At least 7 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain Planning, or Forecasting within manufacturing.
• Advanced analytical skills and extensive experience with Excel and Business Intelligence tools.
• Experience with Lean, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English; visa and work permit support may be available.
