Logistics Manager - 3PL & Last Mile (Dutch or German Speaker)

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Logistics Specialists and Coordinators.
• Manage operational performance, SLA adherence, service quality, and cost efficiency across 3PL and last-mile delivery partners.
• Own weekly and monthly performance reporting, risk assessments, mitigation plans, and follow-up actions.
• Drive customer delivery experience and operational improvements using performance data and customer care insights.
• Monitor and optimize supply chain costs with Finance and Operational Excellence teams.
• Influence logistics strategy, network optimization, partnerships, operating models, and scalable process improvements.

Requirements

• Experience in e-commerce operations, supply chain, or logistics, ideally in food, grocery, or perishable goods.
• Proven experience managing 3PL vendors, including operational performance, SLA compliance, contract adherence, and continuous improvement.
• Direct experience leading, coaching, and managing an operations or logistics team.
• Strong communication, analytical, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English and professional working proficiency in Dutch or German.
