Team Lead Warehouse (VAS)

Location: Onsite in Tilburg, the Netherlands; working remotely from other countries is not possible. Candidates must already have the legal right to work in the Netherlands; work or residence permits will not be provided.

What you will do

• Lead the Value Added Services warehouse department and coach, guide, and develop employees.
• Plan and organize daily work for approximately 60 permanent employees and seasonal temporary workers.
• Coordinate labeling, repacking, and other automated and manual customer-specific services.
• Monitor and improve quality, productivity, safety, collaboration, and daily operational processes.
• Identify early signs of absenteeism or reduced employability and address them through constructive conversations.
• Work with Team Coordinators, Team Leads, HR, Planning, Operations, and other supporting departments.

Requirements

• MBO+ or Bachelor’s level of working and thinking.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Team Leader in a logistics environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to discuss employability, performance, behavior, and absenteeism clearly and respectfully.
• Fluent Dutch and English, spoken and written.
• Proactive and responsible, with the ability to recognize early signs of absenteeism or reduced employability.
• Affinity with VAS processes, warehouse systems, and continuous improvement.
