VP - Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: New York, United States

Salary: $128,000–$162,000 per year, plus eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Own full-lifecycle recruitment for junior to senior roles across multiple functions and business units, from intake through offer acceptance.
• Source candidates directly, build pipelines, create talent maps, and provide market intelligence to business and HR leaders.
• Lead structured intake sessions covering scorecards, target profiles, market conditions, and interview design.
• Deliver clear communication, timely feedback, professional candidate closing, and effective offer negotiation.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and Compensation on offers, internal equity, leveling, and immigration considerations.
• Coach junior recruiters and sourcers while improving recruiting processes, tools, and AI-enabled workflows.

Requirements

• 6+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in-house or in a search firm.
• Demonstrated 360 recruiting experience, including self-sourcing and direct passive-candidate engagement.
• Experience recruiting in financial services, fintech, data, or technology environments.
• Ability to advise and influence senior hiring managers, including Managing Director and Executive Director level.
• Proficiency with Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, market mapping, modern ATS and CRM platforms, and funnel metrics.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or equivalent practical experience.
