Salary: $150,000 – $175,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Run full-cycle recruiting for AI, Engineering, Product, and Support teams.
• Actively source and engage top-tier technical candidates through proactive outreach.
• Design fair, fast, and quality-focused interview processes.
• Partner with technical leadership to shape the team and hiring standards.
• Manage candidate experience and negotiate offers to close top performers.
• Establish scalable recruiting best practices and foundations from the ground up.

Requirements

• 4+ years of in-house recruiting experience.
• At least 2 years of experience recruiting for technical roles.
• Proven track record of sourcing and closing top technical talent.
• Ability to create structure and processes in an ambiguous, fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong communication and influence skills to collaborate across functions.
• Must be based in New York City for on-site work in Manhattan.
