Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Partner (AI)

Location: New York City, NY; on-site in the Manhattan office 4–5 days per week.

Salary: $150K–$175K per year, plus equity.

What you will do

• Run full-cycle recruiting for technical teams across AI, Engineering, Product, and Support.
• Proactively source, engage, and close high-quality technical candidates.
• Design fair, fast, and quality-focused interview processes.
• Partner with technical hiring managers and leadership across functions.
• Deliver a strong candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
• Establish recruiting best practices and scalable hiring processes, including offer extension and negotiation.

Requirements

• 4+ years of in-house recruiting experience, including at least 2 years recruiting for technical roles.
• Experience finding, engaging, and closing top candidates.
• Ability to build recruiting processes and establish high talent standards.
• Strong communication, influencing, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Curiosity, drive, and comfort working at startup speed.
