Program Manager (Power)

What you will do

• Lead a large, technically complex, multidisciplinary power infrastructure program.
• Plan, direct, and monitor program execution, including governance, delivery strategies, best practices, and business processes.
• Oversee hirify.global and subconsultant services, contract compliance, resource allocation, team performance, and QA/QC.
• Identify risks and issues, support client decision-making, and drive mitigation and resolution.
• Build long-term client relationships and contribute to hirify.global’s program management growth strategy.
• Mentor and train staff while delivering the program.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, planning, sciences, business administration, or a related field.
• Three to ten years of program or project management experience, depending on the qualifying delivery background and program or project capital value.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing team members across various locations.
• Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and public-speaking skills.
• Experience with alternative and collaborative delivery methods, including design-build, progressive design-build, or construction management at-risk.
• Familiarity with PMIS, CMIS, scheduling, cost control, document management, risk management, asset management, and dashboard analytics.

Nice to have

• Experience at an architecture, engineering, or construction consulting firm.
• Professional registration, license, or certification in New York or New Jersey.
• Preference for local candidates.
