What you will do

• Direct and manage the program’s executive support group and overall program performance.
• Manage program budgets, costs, schedules, resources, milestones, and deliverables.
• Serve as the technical interface with customers to validate requirements and align IT infrastructure services with agency goals.
• Lead program teams, project managers, leads, personnel, and subcontractors to meet customer expectations and contractual requirements.
• Manage activities under the Performance Work Statement, ensuring tasks and deliverables are completed as defined.
• Serve as the main contract point of contact and drive recommendations through implementation.

Requirements

• 10+ years of IT program management experience, including 5+ years in a Department of Defense environment.
• Experience working with DoD customers and integrating effectively with government multi-contractor teams.
• Must be a US Citizen.
• DIA-adjusted TS/SCI clearance eligibility required.
• Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field and PMP certification required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Project, plus experience with Risk Management Framework, DoD Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process, and NIST Security Controls.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in an IT-related field.
• ITIL certification.
