Project Controls Program Manager

Location: Remote, associated with Dallas, Texas, and Tempe, Arizona, United States; the role includes visible onsite leadership and assessment of engineer and contractor progress.

What you will do

• Assess engineer and contractor bids, change notices, and costs to support best value for clients.
• Prepare client project funding documents, owner estimates, and estimate review meetings.
• Create and manage cost forecasts for key client developments.
• Monitor project schedules and report exceptions to plan.
• Lead risk management efforts and reviews.
• Negotiate external partner pricing agreements, reconcile contracts and purchase orders, and provide monthly executive and project status reports.

Requirements

• Experience performing project controls at program level, including cost control, scheduling, and estimating.
• Degree or comparable experience in a construction-related discipline.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to build strong relationships with teams and clients.
