Program Manager | Program & Project Management (USCG09009)

Location: On-site at the client site in Washington, DC, United States, with work generally performed across the United States Mid-Atlantic region. Working hours are 7:30 AM–5:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary contractor point of contact for the Contracting Officer and Contracting Officer’s Representative, managing communications, tasking, and issue resolution.
• Plan, execute, and control work across multiple U.S. Coast Guard Personnel Service Center business lines.
• Lead governance routines, integrated master scheduling, risk and decision tracking, stakeholder alignment, and deliverable reviews.
• Direct change management, strategic planning, performance measurement, business transformation, and process-improvement initiatives.
• Provide analytical support through metrics, dashboards, business cases, alternatives analyses, and executive briefings.
• Oversee Microsoft Access-based tools, data architecture, workflow improvement, reporting, testing, deployment, and user support.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Visa sponsorship is not available; H-1B and TN visa sponsorship will not be provided.
• Senior-level expertise, typically 10 or more years of experience.
• Experience in the defense and security sector, program and project management, contract execution, governance, risk management, and performance management.
• Strong leadership, delegation, conflict-resolution, analytical, organizational, and executive communication skills.
• Proficiency with project management methodologies and business tools, including Microsoft Office, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Adobe Acrobat, analytics tools, and Visio.
