What you will do

• Lead test automation efforts across locations, aligning delivery with automation strategy, approaches, and best practices.
• Design and implement test automation processes for agile delivery teams and continuous delivery environments.
• Develop scalable automation frameworks for applications across multiple technologies.
• Automate smoke and regression tests using Selenium, QTP/UFT, and other web-based tools.
• Establish execution metrics and quality baselines to track efficiency improvements.
• Review automation code, research testing solutions, and coach QA team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong test automation and software development experience with Selenium, Java/J2EE, HTML, VB Script, relational databases, XML, web services, and link-crawling technologies.
• Strong experience automating tests with Selenium Java.
• Knowledge of software design patterns, agile SDLCs, and technical problem-solving.
• Experience working across multiple geographic locations and cultures, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
