Test Engineer (QA)

Location: Must hold an active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph

Salary: $213,000–$233,000 per year, plus $53,000–$58,000 in 401(k) contributions

What you will do

• Analyze system requirements and concept of operations to develop evaluation and test plans.
• Prepare for and conduct data collection, analysis, and status reporting.
• Support the development of government T&E documentation, including Test & Evaluation Master Plans and Readiness Assessments.
• Collaborate with external test organizations to ensure program integration.
• Provide specialized T&E capabilities tailored to system maturity and performance requirements.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph required.
• Nine years of experience as a Test Engineer in programs of similar scope and complexity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Math, Science, Engineering, Statistics, or Engineering Management (or 7 years of experience with a Master’s degree).
• Ability to work onsite in a secure environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Cucumber/Gherkin, Playwright, or JMeter.
• Proficiency with API testing tools like Swagger.
• Knowledge of Selenium, Cypress, or 508 compliance testing tools (JAWS/NVDA).
