QA Analyst (Application Regression Testing)

What you will do

• Handle complex quality assurance and test environment problems.
• Create, prepare, and conduct quality assurance reviews, test plans, and test scripts.
• Establish testing methodologies with clients and coordinate project testing activities.
• Analyze, test, and certify application-specific software and review requirements for ambiguity.
• Log, track, and verify software and specification defects through resolution.
• Plan QA schedules, monitor project status, document the QA process, and mentor less experienced staff.

Requirements

• 7+ years of IT quality assurance and systems/application testing experience.
• 6+ years of testing experience, including genuine application regression testing; manual web testing alone is not sufficient.
• Hands-on automation testing experience with Selenium or UFT beyond simple record-and-playback.
• Agile experience and SQL proficiency, including moderately complex nested queries.
• Experience using Client ALM and the ability to discuss its modules and practical use.
• W2 employment eligibility is required.
