What you will do
- Collaborate with product managers, software architects, and developers on release planning and software design.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and web application test suites.
- Create test strategies covering manual and automated scenarios.
- Execute exploratory, functional, regression, and user acceptance testing when appropriate.
- Build and maintain Playwright-based automation tooling and integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Create dashboards and reporting metrics to improve release quality.
Requirements
- Typically 5+ years of software testing experience, including test planning, test case creation, execution, defect reporting, and issue tracking, with a strong focus on test automation.
- Hands-on experience with Playwright for end-to-end test automation.
- Strong understanding of software development principles, Agile methodologies, and manual and automated testing approaches.
- Hands-on experience with React and familiarity with HTML and CSS.
- Experience configuring and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and proficiency with Git.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with load, stress, or performance testing tools and methodologies.
- Understanding of Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services.
