TL;DR
Agile Developer 2 (Test and Evaluation): Developing and executing manual and automated test plans for federal government systems with an accent on requirements analysis, test documentation, data collection, and results reporting. Focus on integrating test and evaluation activities across organizations, analyzing system performance data, and supporting systems requiring an active TS/SCI clearance with agency-appropriate polygraph.
Location: On-site in Annapolis Junction, Maryland, United States. United States citizenship and an appropriate security clearance are required.
Salary: $77.60–$105.08 per hour, plus eligibility for a $5,000 bonus.

What you will do
- Analyze system requirements, concept of operations documents, acquisition plans, and system descriptions.
- Develop evaluation and test plans, procedures, and manual and automated test cases.
- Prepare for and conduct data collection and analysis.
- Execute tests, report status and results, and support test and evaluation program integration.
- Prepare government test and evaluation documentation, including strategies, master plans, event plans, readiness assessments, and reports.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI clearance with an agency-appropriate polygraph is required.
- An active Top Secret clearance with CI polygraph within the last seven years is required.
- Six years of relevant experience, or a master's degree plus four years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's degree in a science, mathematics, or engineering field, such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or Mathematics.
- Ability to execute manual and automated test cases and analyze test results.
Nice to have
- Experience with Atlassian tools, including Jira, Confluence, TestRay, or SynapseRT.
- Familiarity with basic Linux tools.
- Experience with browser-based testing tools such as Playwright or Selenium.
- Experience with Cucumber, Gherkin, JMeter, Swagger, or similar test tools.
