What you will do
- Automate client UAT business scenarios using client datasets.
- Execute and monitor daily regression testing and performance testing in client environments.
- Design new automation frameworks and scripts using Selenium and Java or .NET.
- Perform root cause analysis and present findings to operations and leadership teams.
- Implement proactive solutions to stabilize automation suites and improve customer experience.
- Collaborate with clients and global teams to analyze functional and non-functional testing requirements.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of professional software quality assurance experience, including at least 3 years in automation testing.
- Strong knowledge of manual and automated testing processes, test case creation, defect management, estimation, and reporting metrics.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium, Java or .NET automation frameworks, and keyword-driven frameworks.
- Working knowledge of Git, SVN, BitBucket, SQL, XML, SOAP, and JSON.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps integration, and project, defect, or test management tools such as JIRA or ALM.
- BS, BSc, or BTech degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Finance domain experience, especially in capital markets, leasing, loans, or lending applications.
- Experience developing automation tools or utilities from scratch.
- Knowledge of performance testing with JMeter and cloud concepts using Azure.
- Experience with AI tools, AI agents, or bots.
