Regional Manager, Hospital (Medical Devices)

Location: Remote within the United States; region includes Florida, Georgia, and Alabama, with field work averaging three days per week.

At-plan compensation: $300,000, including a $110,000 base salary and commission under the sales compensation plan.

What you will do

• Directly manage Hospital Territory Managers across the region.
• Hire, educate, retain, promote, coach, and develop sales representatives.
• Implement and monitor the Hospital Strategic Plan and reinforce product positioning.
• Manage the regional book of business, discounts, expenses, and quota achievement.
• Prepare accurate forecasts in Salesforce and complete required reporting.
• Analyze regional trends, motivate the team, and collaborate across the organization.

Requirements

• 5–10+ years of related sales or ZOLL experience.
• Knowledge of ZOLL and competitive products.
• Strategic and customer-oriented selling skills.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and territory time-management skills.
• Basic technical and clinical knowledge sufficient to discuss ZOLL products competently.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
