Staff Data Product Manager

Location: Brownsville, Green Bay, Madison, Milwaukee, or Neenah, Wisconsin, at a corporate office

What you will do

• Shape the enterprise data strategy and help establish the Enterprise Intelligence data platform.
• Engage business and technology stakeholders to identify pain points, needs, and high-value data opportunities.
• Define, prioritize, and manage curated data products, including tables and semantic models across business domains.
• Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria, guiding engineering through development, testing, and delivery.
• Maintain standards for documentation, data quality, consistency, and dependable self-service consumption.
• Measure product adoption and outcomes to validate value and guide future investments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, engineering, computer science, a quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 7 years of experience in data product management and cross-functional delivery on a scalable cloud data platform.
• Experience defining product roadmaps, requirements, user stories, success metrics, and full product lifecycles from discovery through adoption.
• Strong understanding of data governance, metadata, data quality, data lineage, and trusted enterprise data assets.
• Exposure to cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, BigQuery, or similar technologies.
