Salary: $136,200–$204,200 per year

What you will do

• Define the strategy, vision, and roadmap for scalable and reliable data products.
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements and prioritize initiatives with data, engineering, analytics, finance, and operations teams.
• Identify analytic opportunities while balancing business impact, cost, delivery timelines, and risk.
• Manage product documentation, stakeholder communication, product reviews, and end-to-end delivery roadmaps.
• Drive the integration of artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies across the organization.
• Oversee data governance, retention planning, integrity, and compliance across internal and external products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of experience in data product management or related technology roles.
• Experience driving product vision from roadmap conception through launch and working with software engineers, data scientists, and analysts.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, governance, compliance, analytics, and data architecture.
• Experience with Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and CRISP-DM.
• Familiarity with modern data stack and infrastructure technologies such as Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, Databricks, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, APIs, and databases, plus strong SQL skills.

Nice to have

• Python or R experience.
• Experience with machine learning products or services, including recommendation systems, reinforcement learning, advertiser bidding systems, or generative AI.
