Salary: $70,600–$113,000 annually

What you will do

• Develop, implement, and sustain process improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Drive improvement initiatives across the organization, suppliers, and customers to achieve site KPIs.
• Lead at least one medium-to-large project affecting the local site at all times.
• Coach and mentor employees through individual support, formal and informal teaching, and troubleshooting.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and support the deployment of continuous improvement strategy.
• Apply data and customer-focused process evaluation to guide tactical and strategic decisions.

Requirements

• Three to five years of experience in a manufacturing environment; Lean Manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• Minimum Green Belt certification and the ability to achieve Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification within two years.
• Technical knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, product flow from order receipt through delivery, Statistical Process Control, Capability Analysis, and A3 problem-solving tools.
• Strong computer, data capture, data manipulation, reporting, communication, and Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to work onsite in outdoor and manufacturing conditions, including lifting up to 50 pounds and exposure to noise, dust, and fumes.
