Senior Maintenance Technician

Location: West Palm Beach, Florida, United States; onsite at the plant

What you will do

• Perform preventive maintenance, including inspections, lubrication, belt and oil changes, and equipment cleaning.
• Install, dismantle, repair, and maintain plant machinery, mechanical equipment, and facility items.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic issues using diagnostic tools such as multimeters, tachometers, and calipers.
• Optimize machine cycle times and equipment reliability to maximize production output.
• Record maintenance work in the CMMS, complete shift reports, order replacement parts, and coordinate repair downtime with production.
• Maintain a clean work area and support production workers with routine total productive maintenance activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience maintaining and repairing equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Good verbal and written English skills required.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 50 pounds and perform frequent standing, bending, squatting, climbing, and crawling.
• Ability to work at heights and climb several flights of stairs; passing a pre-employment physical is required.

Nice to have

• Associate degree in a related field or technical certificate.
• Spanish language skills.
