Production and Maintenance Technician (Manufacturing)

Location: Milwaukee, WI, USA; onsite night shift from 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., following a rotating 3-on/4-off and 4-on/3-off schedule.

Wage: $35.10 per hour plus a $1.00 per hour shift differential.

What you will do

• Operate, adjust, repair, disassemble, overhaul, and rebuild high-speed steel packaging manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot production equipment and perform preventive maintenance.
• Inspect in-process materials and finished products against customer specifications.
• Replenish supplies, parts, materials, and tooling for the assigned area.
• Use computer systems, communicate key information to the next shift, and maintain required hand tools.
• Complete cleanup, painting, housekeeping, and workstation rotation duties.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong mechanical skills and knowledge.
• Ability to follow directions and complete assignments in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work the specified onsite night-shift schedule in Milwaukee, WI.
