TL;DR
Maintenance Technician (Manufacturing): Maintaining and troubleshooting manufacturing and facilities equipment in a PCB production environment with an accent on electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Focus on performing preventive and reactive maintenance, modifying equipment, and resolving complex equipment issues with Engineering and Production teams.
Location: Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin, United States; on-site weekend shift

What you will do
- Maintain manufacturing and facilities equipment to support reliable production within schedule and budget.
- Perform preventive and reactive maintenance on complex production equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical, electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
- Install, monitor, modify, and improve manufacturing equipment and resolve equipment or process problems.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Production, suppliers, customers, and equipment vendors on equipment issues.
- Maintain preventive-maintenance schedules, records, spare-parts inventory, and support technician training.
Requirements
- Associate degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering Automation or Industrial Maintenance, or equivalent skills.
- Three years of applicable experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of mechanical and electrical drawings.
- Strong background in electrical and electronics, mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics preferred.
- Ability to troubleshoot and maintain complex equipment.
- Must comply with US export-control requirements; access to ITAR products and related technical data is restricted to US citizens and US permanent residents.
Nice to have
- Experience welding different metals and plastics.
- Ability to operate a machine mill and lathe.
- Communication, leadership, and basic Microsoft Windows skills.
