Workday Consulting Sr. Associate - SCM & Procurement (Workday)

Location: Chicago, United States; travel of up to 50% may be required for client and project-team work.

Base salary: $115,000–$145,000 annually. Total estimated compensation including annual incentive: $128,800–$166,700 annually.

What you will do

• Lead client-facing project or workstream activities across consulting engagements.
• Analyze requirements, identify key findings, and translate data into actionable conclusions.
• Create compelling, client-ready presentations and communicate results and issues to internal and client teams.
• Manage project workstreams with limited supervision.
• Develop Analysts and Coachees through guidance and coaching.
• Travel up to 50% as needed to work with clients and internal project teams.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues, and working with business users.
• Workday implementation experience with Procurement, Supplier Accounts, Strategic Sourcing, and Contract Lifecycle Management is required.
• Workday Financials/Supply Chain certification or practical experience with the application.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Industrial Engineering.
• 1–2 years of experience owning project workstreams with little to no supervision.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical, communication, and cloud-based enterprise-solution skills.
