What you will do

• Set the vision, strategy, and execution roadmap for enterprise platform engineering and solutions design.
• Lead platform reliability, operational performance, service continuity, and service delivery excellence.
• Drive infrastructure modernization, automation, standardization, scalability, and support-model improvements.
• Use AI to improve infrastructure stability, scalability, and security.
• Partner with the CIO, CISO, HR, senior leadership, vendors, and internal stakeholders on governance, security, workforce planning, budgets, and technology priorities.
• Coach and inspire a high-performing team and communicate progress and recommendations to senior leadership and the board of directors.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of progressive experience leading IT engineering and infrastructure operations teams.
• Expertise in cloud, platform, and infrastructure modernization strategy and operational execution.
• Experience with operational governance, scalability planning, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
• Strong leadership, change leadership, organizational influence, accountability, and ownership of results.
• Ability to build cross-functional partnerships that deliver business outcomes.
