Global Director - NTAM Technology (AI)

Location: Chicago, Illinois, United States. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.

Salary: $240,000–$350,000 USD per year, plus potential discretionary bonus and equity component.

What you will do

• Define and execute the NTAM technology strategy, roadmap, modernization, resiliency, controls, and regulatory compliance agenda.
• Lead multiple technology functions and oversee the performance, development, and organizational health of technology teams.
• Advise senior business leaders and translate enterprise priorities into measurable technology outcomes.
• Oversee capital planning, estimation, roadmap development, execution, portfolio risk reviews, and escalation management.
• Partner with Enterprise Technology, Shared Services, contractors, and service providers to improve scalability, efficiency, and delivery speed.
• Identify emerging technologies, scale AI within the investments business, and support technology-focused client and business development engagements.

Requirements

• 20+ years of experience leading enterprise-scale CIO or Head of Technology functions in financial services institutions.
• Deep asset management expertise across public and private markets.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and financial services technology, with experience engaging Audit, external auditors, and global regulators.
• Experience balancing enterprise mandates with business-unit objectives through risk committees and overseeing technology contractors and service providers.
• Proven ability to represent business and technology at Board and Management Committee level and lead high-performing teams in matrixed environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
