What you will do

• Partner with plant and manufacturing leadership to align HR strategies with operational goals.
• Develop workforce plans addressing staffing, skills, and succession planning to meet production demands.
• Resolve employee concerns and grievances to foster a culture of trust and open communication.
• Ensure strict adherence to federal, state, and local labor laws, including OSHA, FMLA, and EEOC regulations.
• Drive training, development, and upskilling programs for hourly workers and management teams.
• Oversee core HR operations including payroll, benefits administration, and performance management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration (Master's preferred).
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience working with hourly workforces and managing unionized environments.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance standards, and manufacturing HR best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex employee relations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to work onsite in Garden Grove, CA.
