Healthcare Technical Project Manager (Meditech)

Location: Chicago, United States

Salary: $130,000–$150,000 per year, plus eligibility for annual incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Partner with healthcare clients and stakeholders to deliver customized technical solutions aligned with strategic goals and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions that improve the effective use of Meditech systems.
• Provide guidance on workflow design, upgrades, system changes, and ongoing maintenance.
• Identify opportunities to optimize and enhance Meditech systems.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, develop agendas and objectives, document decisions, and track follow-ups through completion.
• Apply healthcare, Meditech, and hirify.global best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Extensive knowledge of Meditech Expanse products and solutions.
• 5+ years of Meditech experience providing consulting services in hospitals and healthcare systems.
• Project management experience with Meditech implementations.
• Current permanent U.S. work authorization is required.
