Salary: $129,188.80–$193,793.60 annually in California, New Jersey, and Washington; $116,272.00–$174,428.80 annually in Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Virginia; $103,355.20–$155,043.20 annually in Arizona, Arkansas, Idaho, Louisiana, Missouri, Montana, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Utah.

What you will do

• Manage highly complex clinical digital PMO projects from conception through completion.
• Define and control project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, resources, and quality standards.
• Assemble project plans and team assignments, direct work efforts, and monitor delivery progress.
• Lead project teams and provide guidance to junior information services PMO members.
• Track key milestones, adjust plans and resources, and escalate functional, quality, and timeline issues.
• Coordinate communications with internal teams, clients, and external organizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent experience may be accepted.
• 8 years of recent relevant experience.
• In-depth implementation experience with Epic EHR applications.
• Knowledge of PMBOK, project management methodologies, and project delivery practices.
• Expertise in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, present information, analyze complex situations, organize workflows, and work independently.

Nice to have

• Experience with Strategic Portfolio Management in the ServiceNow platform.
