What you will do

• Partner with business leaders to develop and execute workforce strategies.
• Lead talent development and management, organization design, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, engagement, and succession planning initiatives.
• Diagnose current and future talent needs and recommend business-oriented solutions.
• Coach and develop leaders to build capabilities aligned with business priorities.
• Partner with HR centers of excellence and HR Operations to deliver effective services.
• Support corporate governance, risk mitigation, and compliance with HR policies and processes.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR generalist.
• Experience creating and driving workforce and talent solutions.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to translate operational challenges into talent initiatives.
• Ability to use workforce data to develop people insights and recommendations.
• Strong influence, interpersonal, negotiation, and consultative skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
