Human Resources Business Partner

Location: Sacramento, California, USA; ability to travel up to 10% across North America and internationally as required.

Salary: $87,117.42–$105,676.13 USD annually

What you will do

• Partner with leaders across North America on performance, onboarding, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, engagement, and people development.
• Build an understanding of business objectives, workforce trends, and capability needs.
• Coach managers and shape sustainable people strategies and employee experience initiatives.
• Support organizational planning, change, transformation, and consistent application of HR processes.
• Design practical people solutions with the Employee Experience team.
• Lead or contribute to global HR projects, templates, frameworks, local policy interpretation, benefits administration, and compliance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, including experience as an HR Advisor, Senior Advisor, Business Partner, or similar.
• Experience designing and implementing change and people-related processes.
• In-depth knowledge of local employment legislation.
• Strong relationship-building, influencing, and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
• Valid passport, unrestricted driving license, and ability to perform occasional physical tasks such as lifting up to 10 lbs and sitting for extended periods.
