HR Business Partner (Cybersecurity)

Location: US, Remote; up to 10% travel may be required.

Base salary: $142,000–$185,000 annually, plus equity in the form of stock options.

What you will do

• Advise G&A executives on organizational structures, leadership capabilities, and talent strategies supporting global expansion.
• Lead organizational design across global corporate functions, defining centralized, regional, and local responsibilities.
• Build workforce plans, prioritize critical roles, evaluate talent locations, and sequence hiring across growth scenarios.
• Coach executives and managers on distributed-team leadership, performance expectations, and effective delegation.
• Guide organizational change, talent reviews, succession planning, performance management, and leadership development.
• Use workforce, retention, engagement, and performance data to identify risks and inform investment decisions.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of progressive HR experience, including substantial HRBP experience in a technology company.
• Experience supporting high-velocity growth, global expansion, corporate functions, and new-market entry.
• Strong organizational design experience across global, regional, and local operating models.
• Experience advising CFOs and senior functional leaders, challenging assumptions, and navigating trade-offs.
• Strong coaching, change management, performance management, succession planning, and leadership development skills.
• Sound judgment, comfort with ambiguity, discretion, candor, and the ability to work across cultures and time zones.
