VP, HR Business Partner

Location: Must be based in Chattanooga, Tennessee, USA; travel up to 20% may be required.

Base salary: $144,900–$273,800 per year.

What you will do

• Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to executive leaders on organizational, talent, leadership, and workforce matters.
• Develop and execute Human Capital strategies aligned with enterprise priorities, transformation efforts, and business objectives.
• Lead workforce planning, succession planning, organizational design, leadership effectiveness, change management, and culture initiatives.
• Coach executives and leadership teams to strengthen leadership capability, team effectiveness, organizational health, and performance.
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated talent solutions across acquisition, development, performance, learning, inclusion, engagement, and rewards.
• Use workforce analytics, market intelligence, and talent insights to identify capability gaps, risks, and opportunities for organizational improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; a master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field is preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including significant HR Business Partner leadership experience with senior executives in large, complex organizations.
• Demonstrated experience in organizational transformation, workforce strategy, organizational design, talent planning, succession management, leadership coaching, and change leadership.
• Strong business acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills, executive presence, communication, judgment, and discretion.
• Ability to influence without authority and operate effectively in fast-paced, matrixed, and evolving environments.
• Must be based in Chattanooga, Tennessee, USA; ability to travel up to 20%.
