Workday Integration Manager (Workday)

Location: Chicago, United States; up to 25% travel as needed.

Base salary: $145,000–$170,0000 annually. Estimated total compensation including annual incentive: $174,000–$204,000.

What you will do

• Lead Workday integration implementation lifecycles from planning and configuration through go-live and post-production support.
• Work with hirify.global and client stakeholders to design, build, convert, test, and deploy integration solutions.
• Coordinate onshore and offshore resources within a global delivery model.
• Develop and deliver end-user training and support business process modifications.
• Explain technical solutions to client stakeholders and provide visible technical leadership.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Workday integration experience.
• 2+ years of experience serving as a Workday Integration Lead.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Studio, Orchestrate, Cloud Connectors, EIBs, Prism Analytics, and Workday Report Writer.
• Experience supporting Workday HCM, Financials, and/or SCM implementations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical solutions to client stakeholders.
• Ability to work in Chicago and willingness to travel up to 25% as needed.

Nice to have

• Higher Education or Healthcare implementation experience, preferably with hospital or health system clients.
