Team Lead (Civil Engineering)

Location: Rogers, Arkansas, United States; hybrid workplace.

Salary: $85,897–$167,023 per year. Typical Rogers range: $85,897–$108,803.

What you will do

• Lead civil engineering production teams, assign work, balance workloads, and oversee quality and productivity.
• Manage projects from planning and design through construction documentation and administration, maintaining scope, schedule, and budget alignment.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and Discipline Leads on budgets, schedules, staffing forecasts, and proposals.
• Provide technical guidance on design, code compliance, quality management, calculations, and documentation accuracy.
• Act as a liaison with clients, consultants, internal teams, and authorities having jurisdiction.
• Coordinate site visits, field measurements, construction observations, meetings, and project documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• At least 8 years of professional experience.
• Experience supervising direct reports and leading engineering teams.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, AutoTurn, Deltek, BlueBeam Revu, and other applicable design software.
• FE examination completion and EIT certification are preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure is preferred.
